Mission
Its cloud-based Freedom software platform replaces legacy ground systems so customers gather more data, faster.
ATLAS Space Operations, Inc. provides satcom as a service, and in 2017 was listed by Morgan Stanley as a top 12 disruptor in the satellite industry. ATLAS was founded on the ideal of providing affordable access to space for all. Innovation in the satellite and launch sectors created a data bottleneck on the ground. Unlike legacy ground systems, ATLAS uses a software-centric, cloud-based approach, the Freedom™ Software Platform. This proprietary software cuts costly overhead, streamlines operations and lets customers gather more data, faster, from space for use in the real world.
